With a track record of turning around struggling workforces, she led an international team of top-notch leadership development experts at FuturEdge Group, contributing to the success of companies worldwide. Fluent in English, French, Spanish, and Creole, Rosalie brings a unique cultural intelligence to her work, enabling powerful leadership transformations. Ros traces her entrepreneurial spirit back to her childhood days in Puerto Rico. At the age of eight, she harnessed the potential of a mango tree in her parents’ backyard, selling the ripe fruits to neighbours for 10 cents each. This early venture, coupled with her mom’s support, kindled the dream of becoming a businesswoman.
